Students will learn the skills and knowledge required to maintain infection prevention during skin penetration treatments such as tattooing, needling, body piercing and cosmetic injectables. The course will meet the standards required from applicable state or territory and local councils. It provides students with the ability to identify, manage and control infection risks to clients, colleagues and themselves. This course applies to individuals who make independent treatment decisions within the body art and cosmetic injectable industries.
