About The Nail and Beauty College
The Nail and Beauty College is a Registered Training Organisation offering nationally accredited training from Certificate III through to Diploma qualifications in Nails, Beauty and Makeup. We deliver face-to-face training, short courses, and in-salon Diploma traineeships from our campus at Unit 2/363 Turbot Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000.
Our team of highly skilled, industry-experienced trainers are here to help you gain competency in all aspects of your chosen course. All certificate and qualification-level courses are nationally accredited, meaning the skills you gain will equip you to work anywhere in Australia and internationally.
What’s Covered in the Handbook
Our Student Handbook includes important information on attendance requirements and what happens if you miss training days, assessment processes including written assessments, practical observations and learner checks, our Student Clinic where you’ll gain real-world experience working with clients, uniforms, grooming and professional presentation standards, campus rules including mobile phone use, cleaning responsibilities and safety procedures, fees, charges and refund policies for Queensland Government funded students, complaints and appeals process, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and credit transfer, student privacy and how your records are kept secure, behaviour and conduct expectations including our zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy, and how to request course extensions if needed.
Receiving Your Qualification
Once you’ve completed your enrolled qualification, you’ll receive your Certificate and Record of Results within 30 days. For single units or short courses, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment. Non-accredited short courses receive a Certificate of Completion.
